Deonte Morris
Deonte Morris is a full time performance trainer and former competitive athlete. As the director of FFG Performance, Deonte Morris has a passion for developing athletes and any fitness advocates who likes, not only to maintain a healthy workout regiment, but focuses on a healthier and fit lifestyle, that is woven into everything they do.
Deonte Morris has over 15 years of athletic and performance training experience. He has been given the nickname “The Ab Doctor” for his intense interval classes and defined regiments for a solid core workout.
